The process

How it works

From asset list to payment in three steps. Send your inventory, get a firm bulk offer, we arrange pickup and payment across the USA & Canada.

Three steps to paid

From your list to cash, in three moves.

01

Send your list

Paste your asset list in the quote form, or email a spreadsheet or BOM to [email protected]. Quantities, models, and condition are all we need to start — no formal RFP required.

Deliverable: asset list

02

Get a bulk offer

We assess the lot against live global demand and send a firm bulk offer — not an estimate or a range. We take title directly, so you deal with one buyer, not a marketplace of bidders chasing the same hardware.

Deliverable: signed offer

03

Pickup & payment

We arrange logistics across the USA and Canada — packing, freight, and pickup are coordinated on our side. Payment terms are set in the signed offer. Every data-bearing drive is wiped to NIST 800-88, with a sanitization record handed to you for audit.

What we need from you

Three things to start.

The more detail you give us up front, the faster and firmer the offer. But you can start with just the basics.

Asset list

Models, quantities, and condition. A spreadsheet, a BOM export, or a pasted list — any format works. Part numbers and configurations help but are not required to start.

Photos

Optional, but they speed up valuation — especially for lots where cosmetic condition matters. A few phone photos of the rack, pallet, or individual units are enough.

Site access

Your zip or postal code lets us quote logistics alongside the hardware. Tell us if pickup needs dock access, a freight elevator, or a scheduled window — we coordinate around your operations.

Logistics

Packing, freight, and pickup — handled.

Once the offer is signed, logistics move to our side. We coordinate packing, freight, and pickup across the USA and Canada — including on-site decommissioning for data center lots. You do not manage carriers or labels.

For large or sensitive lots, we can schedule on-site teams to rack, palletize, and remove equipment — all documented and chain-of-custody tracked from your facility to our processing center.

Payment terms

How you get paid.

Payment is released per the terms in the signed offer — not a vague promise. The method and timing are locked in before anything moves.

Wire transfer

1–3 business days

The standard method. Wire is sent within one to three business days after pickup and inspection. Banking details are exchanged when the offer is signed — funds clear on our side, not yours.

Check

Per offer terms

Company check is available per the terms in the signed offer. Useful for smaller lots or organizations that require paper-based settlement and a paper audit trail.

Digital settlement

Large lots

For large or time-sensitive lots, digital settlement options can be arranged. Terms are specified in the signed offer, with confirmation provided before pickup is scheduled.

All payment terms are specified in the signed offer. No payment is released before the offer is countersigned.

FAQ

Questions about the process.

The short answers. For a firm number on your specific lot, send us your asset list.

How long does valuation take?
24 to 48 hours for most asset lists. Larger or mixed lots may take slightly longer, but we aim to come back with a firm offer within one business day of receiving your list.
Do you buy non-working equipment?
Yes. For-parts and defective lots are welcome — we have buyers for end-of-life and non-functioning hardware. Condition affects the offer, but it does not disqualify a lot.
Who pays for shipping?
Logistics costs are factored into the bulk offer. You receive one net number — packing, freight, and pickup are coordinated on our side once the offer is signed.
Can you do on-site pickup for data centers?
Yes. We offer full decommissioning services including on-site pickup for data center lots — racking, palletizing, and removal can all be coordinated through the signed offer.
