Sell Servers & Spares
A wholesale buyback desk for surplus, end-of-life and decommissioned rack, tower and blade servers — plus the CPUs, boards, PSUs and spares that come with them. Brand-agnostic intake across Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Cisco and IBM/Lenovo, sourced in bulk across the USA and Canada. Send your asset list, get a firm bulk offer, we handle pickup and payment.
Rack, tower, blade — and everything that plugs into them.
Bulk intake across every common enterprise form factor and the spares that keep them alive. Mixed-condition and mixed-generation lots are welcome — we quote line by line.
| Form Factor | Brands & Models | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Rack 1U / 2U / 4U | Dell PowerEdge R-series, HPE ProLiant DL, Supermicro, IBM/Lenovo System x | Densest intake — single- and dual-socket nodes, often GPU- or NVMe-populated. Current-generation SKUs hold the strongest demand. |
| Tower | Dell PowerEdge T-series, HPE ProLiant ML | Single-socket and small-office footprints — lighter demand, quoted by model and generation. |
| Blade | HPE BladeSystem c-Class, Cisco UCS B-series, Dell PowerEdge M-series | Chassis, half- and full-height blades and fabric modules — sold as lots, enclosures included where available. |
| Spares | CPUs, motherboards, PSUs, risers, HBA cards, fans, rails, caddies | Component recovery from end-of-life chassis — trays, bezels and rails all carry salvage value. |
How we grade servers and set payout.
Every unit is graded on arrival. Payout ranges below are expressed as a share of current market value for the same model and configuration — a firm number comes with your bulk offer.
| Tier | Description | Typical payout range |
|---|---|---|
| Grade A | Fully functional, minimal wear, original components, ready for production redeployment. | 40–65% of current market value |
| Grade B | Fully functional, light cosmetic wear, verified working — second-life ready. | 25–40% of market value |
| Grade C | Functional with notable wear or an older generation — moves through the refurbishment channel. | 10–25% of market value |
| Cosmetic | Working internals with visible chassis scuffs, scratches or rail damage. | Quoted to condition |
| Defective | Non-working units, for-parts or component recovery — still carries salvage value. | Quoted per unit / lot |
What moves the number on your offer.
Five inputs drive every server quote. The more detail you put in your asset list, the tighter and faster your bulk offer comes back.
Model & generation
Current-generation and recent SKUs command the strongest offers; older generations route through refurbishment and parts channels rather than resale.
CPU & memory config
Populated CPU sockets, RAM capacity and memory tier (DDR4/DDR5) shift the offer materially. Record configurations and speeds in your list for an accurate quote.
Condition
Working, tested lots price higher than for-parts lots. Mixed-condition shipments are accepted and quoted line by line rather than averaged down.
Quantity
Rack, pallet and bulk lots are our core intake. Larger lots earn better unit economics and faster coordinated pickup across your sites.
Market demand
Offers track live global resale demand. Tight-supply SKUs — recent HPE and Dell dual-socket nodes in particular — price stronger than oversaturated ones.
From your server list to paid, in three moves.
Send your list
Paste your server and spares list in the quote form, or email a spreadsheet to [email protected]. Models, quantities and condition are enough to start.
Get a bulk offer
We assess the lot against live global demand and send a firm bulk offer. We take title — you deal with one buyer, not a marketplace.
Pickup & payment
We arrange logistics across the USA and Canada. Pickup, terms and payment are set in the signed offer — drives wiped to NIST 800-88.
Other hardware we buy alongside.
Turn idle servers into capital.
Tell us what you're holding and roughly how much. We come back with a firm bulk offer, then arrange pickup and payment. Bulk lots only.
