Enterprise fleet buyback

Sell Laptops & Desktops

A wholesale buyback desk for off-lease, surplus and decommissioned enterprise endpoints — laptops, workstations, desktops and all-in-ones. We buy by the fleet across Dell, HP and Lenovo, sourced in bulk across the USA and Canada. Every drive is sanitized to NIST SP 800-88 before resale, with a sanitization record you can hand to your auditors.

What we accept

Enterprise endpoints — bought by the fleet.

Bulk intake across business-grade laptops, mobile workstations, desktops and all-in-ones. Off-lease refresh cycles and surplus fleet stock are our core intake — mixed-model and mixed-condition lots welcome.

Type Brands & Models Notes
Enterprise laptops Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad T/X1 Business-grade laptops — CPU generation, RAM and SSD capacity are the key inputs. Broken or cracked units still hold parts value.
Workstations Dell Precision, HP ZBook, Lenovo ThinkStation Mobile and tower workstations — discrete GPU and Xeon/HX-class CPUs lift the offer materially.
Desktops Dell OptiPlex, HP EliteDesk, Lenovo ThinkCentre Small-form-factor and tower desktops — quoted by CPU generation and configuration.
All-in-ones Dell OptiPlex AIO, HP EliteDesk AIO Integrated business AIOs — lighter demand, quoted by model and screen condition.
Condition grading

How we grade endpoints and set payout.

Each unit is tested and graded on arrival. Payout ranges below are expressed as a share of current market value — a firm number comes with your fleet bulk offer.

Tier Description Typical payout range
Grade A Fully functional, minimal wear, original battery health good, ready for redeployment. 40–65% of current market value
Grade B Fully functional, light cosmetic wear, verified booting and tested. 25–40% of market value
Grade C Functional with notable wear or an older generation — refurbishment channel. 10–25% of market value
Cosmetic Working internals with cracked screens, damaged chassis or worn keyboards. Quoted to condition
Defective Non-booting units, dead batteries or board faults flagged for parts recovery. Quoted per unit / lot
Valuation factors

What moves the number on your offer.

Five inputs drive every fleet quote. CPU generation and fleet size matter most — a clean asset list comes back with a tight, fast offer.

Model & CPU

CPU generation (Intel Core 8th–14th, AMD Ryzen 3000–7000) is the single biggest input. Recent generations with vPro hold the strongest value.

RAM & SSD config

Higher RAM (16GB+) and larger NVMe SSDs lift the offer per unit. List configurations where you can — uniform fleets quote fastest.

Condition

Functional, tested units price higher than for-parts stock. Battery health is checked — degraded batteries are noted and priced accordingly.

Fleet size

Pallet and container fleets are our core intake. Larger, uniform fleets earn better unit economics and faster coordinated pickup.

Market demand

Offers track live global resale demand. Recent business-grade laptops in tight supply price stronger than older consumer-tier stock.

How selling works

From your fleet list to paid, in three moves.

01

Send your list

Paste your fleet list in the quote form, or email a spreadsheet to [email protected]. Models, CPU generation, RAM/SSD and condition are enough to start.

02

Get a bulk offer

We assess the fleet against live global demand and send a firm bulk offer. We take title — one buyer, not a marketplace.

03

Pickup & payment

We arrange logistics across the USA and Canada. Pickup, terms and payment are set in the signed offer — drives wiped to NIST 800-88.
