How we grade devices and set payout.
Each device is tested, wiped and graded on arrival. Payout ranges below are expressed as a share of current market value — a firm number comes with your bulk offer.

Model generation and storage tier (128GB/256GB/512GB+) are the primary inputs. Recent flagships with higher storage hold the strongest value.
Condition & carrier-lock status
Cosmetic and battery condition set the tier. Carrier-locked devices are accepted — unlock status is checked at intake and priced accordingly.
Quantity
Pallet and carton lots are our core intake — we do not buy single consumer units. Larger lots earn better unit economics and faster pickup.
Age
Device age and generation track closely with value. Current and recent flagships price strongest; older generations route through refurbishment channels.
Market demand
Offers track live global resale demand. Tight-supply flagships and high-storage SKUs price stronger than oversaturated mid-range stock.
